We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruiting Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts and ensure we attract, hire, and retain top talent. As a Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment team, developing strategic hiring plans, and collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs. Key responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding. You will also be responsible for analyzing recruitment metrics, reporting on hiring progress, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with hiring managers, HR professionals, and external partners. You should be comfortable using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies to streamline recruitment operations.
