We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Resort HR Manager to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals. Our ideal candidate will have experience with HR practices and employee management, and will be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the organization. The Resort HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance the needs of the organization with the needs of the employees. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, capable of building relationships at all levels of the organization, and will have a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business plan and strategic direction of the resort. This includes fostering a positive work environment, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring the resort attracts, retains, and develops top talent. The Resort HR Manager will work closely with the resort management team to ensure that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and adhered to. They will also be responsible for handling employee grievances, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
