We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented NPI Engineer to join our engineering team. The NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer plays a critical role in bridging the gap between product design and manufacturing. This position is responsible for ensuring that new products are introduced into production smoothly, efficiently, and with the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, manufacturing processes, and project management. As an NPI Engineer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, design, quality, supply chain, and production to ensure that all aspects of the product development lifecycle are aligned with manufacturing capabilities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing processes, creating documentation, conducting design for manufacturability (DFM) reviews, and leading pilot builds. Your goal is to ensure that new products meet performance, cost, and schedule targets while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include evaluating product designs for manufacturability, identifying potential production issues early in the development cycle, and working with suppliers and internal teams to resolve them. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining process documentation such as work instructions, process flow diagrams, and control plans. Additionally, you will support the transition of products from prototype to full-scale production, ensuring that all necessary tooling, equipment, and training are in place. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality systems is highly desirable. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge products and make a significant impact on the success of product launches. If you are passionate about engineering, innovation, and bringing new products to life, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
