We are looking for a Learning Designer to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of education and training. As a Learning Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative, engaging, and effective learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners across various platforms and delivery methods. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional technologists, and other stakeholders to design and develop instructional materials that align with learning objectives and organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and educational technology. Your ability to think creatively and strategically will be essential in developing learning solutions that are both pedagogically sound and visually appealing.
Key responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, designing curriculum and instructional materials, developing e-learning modules, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs. You will also be expected to stay current with emerging trends in education and technology to continuously improve the learning experience.
This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that learning solutions are aligned with business objectives and learner needs. You should also be proficient in using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar, and have experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
