We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our team and help create engaging, effective, and innovative learning experiences for a variety of audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and e-learning development tools. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing both instructor-led and self-paced learning solutions, including e-learning modules, job aids, training manuals, and assessments. You will apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE or SAM to ensure that learning solutions are aligned with business goals and learner needs. You will also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about learning. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will be working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
Key responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, defining learning objectives, creating storyboards and prototypes, developing content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate, and implementing learning solutions in learning management systems (LMS). Experience with multimedia production, graphic design, and video editing is a plus.
