You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs. You will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment. The HR Generalist will also assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, provide counseling on policies and procedures, and actively participate in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process. Additionally, you will create and implement effective onboarding plans, develop training and development programs, assist in performance management processes, support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues, maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements, and review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. If you are a proactive, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker with a passion for human resources, we encourage you to apply.
