We are looking for a Human Resources Data Analyst to join our team and support our HR department by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistics, and human resources practices. You will work closely with HR leadership and other departments to provide insights that improve employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational performance.
As a Human Resources Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing large datasets, developing dashboards, and generating reports that highlight key HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, diversity and inclusion, and workforce planning. You will also be expected to identify trends, forecast future HR needs, and recommend data-driven solutions to improve HR processes and outcomes.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and actionable manner. You should be comfortable working with various data tools and platforms, including Excel, SQL, and HRIS systems. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
