We are looking for a Change Management Lead who will play a pivotal role in guiding our organization through significant transitions and transformations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. This role will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The Change Management Lead will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization, and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes. The Change Management Lead will act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor. They will also provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions. The Change Management Lead will also support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans. This role requires a deep understanding of how people go through change and the change process. The candidate must have experience with large-scale organizational change efforts and possess excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. The Change Management Lead will be responsible for conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders. They will also be responsible for developing and executing communication plans, training plans, and resistance management plans. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing change initiatives, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. They must be flexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situations, and resilient with a tenacity to persevere through challenges. The Change Management Lead will collaborate closely with project teams, HR, communications, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of change management activities. They will also measure and report on the effectiveness of change management initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes. Requirements
