We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated ASIC Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ASIC Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing Application-Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs) tailored to meet specific customer requirements and industry standards. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware designers, software developers, and product managers, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality ASIC solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ASIC design methodologies, including RTL coding, synthesis, verification, and physical design. You will be expected to contribute to all phases of ASIC development, from initial concept and specification through to final production and deployment. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing performance, power consumption, and reliability of our ASIC products. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements and translating them into detailed ASIC specifications. You will perform feasibility studies, architectural design, and system-level simulations to ensure the ASIC meets performance and functionality targets. Additionally, you will be involved in the selection and integration of IP blocks, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive verification plans, test benches, and simulation environments to validate ASIC functionality and performance. You will collaborate closely with verification engineers to identify and resolve design issues, ensuring the ASIC meets all specified requirements and quality standards. As an ASIC Engineer, you will participate in the synthesis and timing analysis processes, optimizing the design for speed, area, and power consumption. You will work closely with physical design engineers to ensure successful implementation, including floorplanning, placement, routing, and timing closure. You will also be responsible for supporting the ASIC bring-up and validation process, working closely with test engineers to debug and resolve issues identified during silicon validation. You will analyze test results, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to ensure the ASIC meets all performance and reliability targets. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment and be committed to continuous learning and professional development. We offer a stimulating work environment, competitive compensation, and opportunities for career growth and advancement. If you are passionate about ASIC design and eager to contribute to cutting-edge technology solutions, we encourage you to apply and become part of our talented team.
