We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to guide and mentor teams in the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies across the organization. As an Agile Coach, you will play a critical role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and senior leadership to ensure Agile principles are understood and effectively applied.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS, and possess excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills. You will be responsible for assessing the current Agile maturity of teams and designing tailored coaching plans to help them evolve. Your role will also involve conducting workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching to build Agile capabilities across the organization.
You should be passionate about Agile values and principles, and have a proven track record of driving Agile transformations in complex environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
