Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Agile Coach or in a similar role.
  • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in organizational change management and transformation.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agilist are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
